የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ዘርፉ ቀጣይ በሚጠበቀው የሀገራዊ ምክክር ጉባኤ ወቅት ወሳኝ ሚና ይጫወታል ተብሎ እንደሚጠበቅ ተገለጸ። የኢትዮጵያ ሀገራዊ ምክክር ኮሚሽን እና የኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ምክር ቤት የጋራ ቴክኒካል ኮሚቴ መደበኛ የግምገማ አውደ ጥናቱን በቢሾፍቱ ከተማ ባካሄደበት ወቅት፤ የሀገራዊ ምክክር ሂደቱ እጅግ ወሳኝ ወደሆነው የጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ምዕራፍ መሻገሩን ገልጸው፣ ጉባኤው የተሳካ ውጤት እንዲያስመዘግብ የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ዘርፉ ያለበትን ከፍተኛ ኃላፊነት አጠናክሮ ማስቀጠል እንዳለበት አመላክተዋል። የምክር ቤቱ ፕሬዝዳንት አቶ አህመድ ሁሴን እንደገለጹት፤ ይህ ምክክር የታሪክ አጋጣሚ የሆኑትን የሀገር ግንባታ ፈተናዎችን ለመፍታት እና ትውልድን ለመጠበቅ ትልቅ ተስፋ የሰነቀ ነው። ለሁሉም የሚበጅና የሚፈለገውን ውጤት ለማረጋገጥም የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ዘርፉ ሂደቱን የመደገፍ ትልቅ ኃላፊነት እንዳለበት አፅንዖት ሰጥተዋል። የምክር ቤቱ ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ተረፈ ደጌቲ በበኩላቸው አጀንዳዎች ተለይተው ወደ መጨረሻውና እጅግ ወሳኝ ምዕራፍ ላይ በይፋ የደረሰ በመሆኑ፣ ሰፊ የዜጎችን ግንዛቤ መፍጠር እጅግ አስፈላጊ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል። ምክር ቤቱ እና ኮሚሽኑ በጉጉት ለሚጠበቀው የሀገራዊ ምክክር ጉባኤን አስመልክቶ እየተደረገ ስላለው የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ዘመቻ አፈጻጸም ወቅታዊ መረጃዎችን ተለዋውጠዋል። ምክር ቤቱ ከላይፍ ኤንድ ፒስ ኢንስቲትዩት (Life & Peace Institute) ጋር በመተባበር ከሀገራዊ ምክክር ጉባኤው ጋር የተያያዙ የግንዛቤ ማሳደጊያ መልዕክቶችን ለሶስት ወራት የሚያስተላልፈውን ተከታታይ የሬዲዮ ፕሮግራም ለመጀመር ዝግጅቱን አጠናቋል። #ሀገራዊምክክር #ሰላም #ኢትዮጵያ The Civil Society Sector is expected a vital role during the upcoming National Dialogue Plenary. At the ENDC-ECSOC Joint Committee held its regular Evaluation Workshop in Bishoftu town where the Ethiopian Civil Society Organizations Council (ECSOC) leadership delivered a unified message as the National Dialogue process enters its crucial phase, the Plenary. The Council’s President, Ahmed Hussen, emphasized that the dialogue holds the promise of resolving historical state-building challenges, safeguarding the generation, and strengthening state institutions. He underscored that the CSO sector has the responsibility to support the process to ensure desired outcome for all. Executive Director of ECSOC, Terefe Degeti, highlighted that the process has officially reached its final and most critical stage where agendas are identified and discussions have commenced, making widespread citizen awareness paramount. The Ethiopian National Dialogue Commission (ENDC) and ECSOC have provided updates on the activities being implemented in terms of raising awareness campaign regarding the much anticipated National Dialogue Plenary Session.
