🚀 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗥𝗡𝗔 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗧 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀. We’re proud to share a major milestone at etherna: Using our proprietary 𝗕𝗶𝗼-𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗟𝗡𝗣𝘀), we've achieved highly efficient 𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗥𝗡𝗔 to both: ✔️ >90% of bone marrow HSPCs (Hematopoetic stem and progenitor cells) ✔️ T cells – Robust CAR-T expression in humanized mouse models for CAR-T applications This leap in 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 could unlock transformative possibilities for: ✅ mRNA-based therapeutics beyond the liver ✅ In vivo gene editing ✅ Protein replacement therapies and beyond Our proprietary Bio-Reducible LNP platform outperformed clinical benchmarks by 5x in rodent and non-human primate models while maintaining safety and tolerability. 🧠 More to come as we present our data at the 5th Annual mRNA-Based Therapeutics Summit in Boston.
