Etermar Energia was featured on The Next Big Idea, broadcast on SIC Notícias 📺 Luís Machado, presented one of the most innovative projects currently under development in Portugal: an intelligent concrete floater, developed within the Aliança para a Transição Energética (ATE) agenda, with significant potential to shape the future of floating offshore wind energy. 🌊 But this project goes far beyond a traditional concrete structure. It is designed as a true mobile laboratory, to be continuously monitored in the Sado estuary, driving technological and scientific innovation in this strategic sector. This initiative is also a powerful example of the strength of the national innovation ecosystem, bringing together industry and science to accelerate technological progress and reinforce Portugal’s industrial value chain in the energy transition.
