The barriers to cross-border purchase haven't changed much. And that's the problem. 46% of consumers cite shipping costs. 45% cite delivery times. 32% cite unclear customs and duties. These aren't edge cases, they're the moments where a shopper decides whether an international purchase is worth completing. The fact that shipping costs and delivery times score almost equally tells you something: it's not just price sensitivity. It's uncertainty. Shoppers don't abandon because they don't want the product. They abandon because the final step feels like a risk. When those details are clear and predictable, checkout stops being a barrier and starts being a growth lever. What's quietly killing your cross-border conversion? 🔗https://lnkd.in/eXs4WKWT
