Qualifications at the design level of the battery system have been added.ย Cell voltages, for example, are measured via a primary channel and an independent safety channel. Each component is assessed, calculated, and recorded. Based on this, SIL levels (Safety Integrity Levels) are determined, which objectively demonstrate that the design achieves a high level of safety. ย Safety remains the foundation for scaling electrification. Another milestone that reinforces our safe-by-design approach and our commitment to delivering safe, high-performance battery systems for the electrification of inland shipping. ย #InlandShipping #MaritimeElectrification #BatterySystems #EnergyTransition #MaritimeTechnology IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission)
