This #PrideMonth, our global campaign “Pride Lights the Way” celebrates the power of visibility, allyship and advocacy. Pride is the light we shine on one another: when we listen, support and stand beside our colleagues, we create a safe and empowering environment where everyone is free to be themselves. This year, our colleagues from across the globe came together to share stories, perspectives and reflections on what it means to be seen and the importance of allyship. Through a global event featuring members and allies of our LGBTQIA+ community, we reaffirmed our commitment to fostering belonging and inclusion across our organization. When we choose to act with intention, we make inclusion both visible and possible.
