Sixty-five graduates from across Australia and New Zealand came together at the annual EyeLaunch event, officially commencing their two‑year graduate pathway with EssilorLuxottica ANZ. Across a focused two-day program, graduates were equipped with essential tools and insights aligned to our mission of #EmpoweringHumans — including exposure to evolving med‑tech innovations, alongside communication workshops that strengthen human connection and clinical confidence.  Graduates also explored opportunities to extend their impact through outreach initiatives with the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation. This marks just the beginning. With ongoing mentorship and development, we’re excited to see the meaningful impact this cohort will make across our stores, communities and the future of eyecare in ANZ.   #WeAreEssilorLuxottica
