Yesterday, we hosted a packed roundtable together with Albert Heijn on one of the most fundamental CX challenges out there: how do you know which journey drives the most impact? Annemiek Keizer, Digital Marketing Manager at Albert Heijn, shared how they moved away from gut feeling and started selecting journeys based on data, focusing on business value, time-to-value, and cross-functional collaboration. The room was filled with sharp questions, great discussions, and exactly the kind of energy we love. It was an honour to bring so many CX professionals together in one room. 🙌 To make it extra special, this was our first session in our Rotterdam office since becoming part of Eidra.
