✨Two Years, One Team, Industrial Results: The Power of Agile Integration at Laboratoire de recherche LASSENA During the past two years at the Laboratoire de recherche LASSENA laboratory (École de technologie supérieure), I have had the chance of supervising, together with Prof. René Jr Landry, an exceptional group of undergraduate interns trainees. This was not a traditional internship model. We built an Agile Integration Framework specifically designed for short-term undergraduate training: rapid onboarding, mission ownership, and direct insertion of each student into a live industrial project, in our case, NeSIVA project. The results speak for themselves: 🔹1 registered patent 🔹1 patent-pending solution 🔹4 published papers 🔹3 conference presentations 🔹2 IEEE Transactions submissions currently under review 🔹2 submitted abstracts for upcoming conferences 🔹3 additional patent-oriented technical disclosures in progress 🔹 ~7 more papers under preparation This is proof that “internship” does not have to mean assisting in the background or doing isolated side tasks. When you trust young engineers with real responsibility, they deliver at a level that goes beyond expectation. This group, as listed below, contributed directly to NeSIVA’s navigation, surveillance, and timing work on resilient PNT using Signals of Opportunity from LEO constellations. They did not just learn the technology. they helped build it. To every one of you: your discipline, curiosity, and persistence under pressure became part of the lab’s capability. You did not join a project. You became part of the project’s architecture. Thank you for your trust, your work, and your honesty. I am proud of what we built together, and we are not finished: Etienne Lionnet : The designer of SatCom Tracking System Software Lucas Chambaz : FDMA and SKyDeL expert Raphaël Saynac :LEO Sat signal simulation expert Raphaël Dias Coelho: Estimation Methods Soecialist Souhaila Moumane: GPU/CPU pipeline designer Clara Laroudie: Navigation Reliability Soecialist Sofiane E.: FPGA test and Evaluation Philippe ANDRÉ: Expert in LoRa integration with STS Milo Dervieux: CPU/GPU/SDR integration expert Alexandre Allègre: GNSS Spoofing anslysis Specialist Arnaud Gauberville: LEO satellite signal emulator design Quentin Piccinelli: SKyDeL GNSS and LEO simulator Expert Côme Richard: Data analyst and LEO signal processing expert Bastian Da Silva: LEO satellite orbital propagation design expert Nicolas Burgaud: FPGA test and evaluation Exprt Antoine Davi and François Drapeau : LTE signal processing experts Martin CURIEN: A Mathematcian and Engineer, the one who breaks unbreakables Thomas CHAMBEYRON: GNSS spoofing analysis Lucien MILLET: FPGA test and evaluation expert Aurore BENEZET-TOULZE: an artist and an engineer, mechanical design expert Clément FORNES: Orbcomm signal processing Dorian BINOIS : LEO SoOP Survillance Enzo Ferandier : A Mathematcian and Engineer, the one who breaks unbreakables
