🧠 The Institute for Future Technologies has launched its Advisory Board, bringing external perspectives from research, industry and creative technology ➡️ https://lnkd.in/ep2PV_Sw Jean-Baptiste Guignard becomes the first member of this board. His career connects entrepreneurship, academic research and technology leadership. He is currently Managing Director at Qualcomm, working on perception algorithms, XR interaction systems and machine learning models. Founder of the gesture-recognition company Clay AIR — later acquired by Qualcomm — he has also conducted research in cognitive science at Université PSL. His work explores the relationship between embodiment, perception and digital interaction. Jean-Baptiste previously joined the first IFT Trailblazer Chats, sharing insights with ESILV engineering students on interdisciplinary careers at the intersection of AI, XR and creative technologies. His participation in the Advisory Board contributes to ongoing discussions at IFT on the evolving relationship between art, artificial intelligence and human–machine interaction.
