At Esade, we believe that meaningful collaboration with global industry leaders is essential to preparing the next generation of responsible business leaders.   We were proud to mark the launch of our new collaboration with UNIQLO, a strategic partnership designed to bring Esade students closer to the realities, opportunities and challenges of the global fashion retail industry. The agreement was signed in Barcelona by Noriyaki Koyama, Senior Executive Officer at Fast Retailing; Mark Barnatovic, COO of UNIQLO Spain; and Joan Rodon Mòdol, Deputy Director General of Esade, underscoring the shared commitment behind this initiative.   Through this Talent Development Program, selected students will join an immersive learning experience in Tokyo that will allow them to engage with global business leaders, while others may join a summer store internship to gain hands-on experience of store operations and team management.   Being selected as one of the first European institutions to join this initiative highlights Esade’s commitment to offering students truly global learning experiences.
