PhD Candidate - Absolute Environmental Sustainability Assessment

[POST 1/5] - OVERVIEW Hi folks! The pre-print of our work "UNCASExt - A Systematic Computational Framework for Uncertainty Propagation and Scope Consistency in Absolute Environmental Sustainability Assessments (AESA)" is now available on arXiv (and under review in a scientific journal), together with the open-source Python package pyaesa implementing the framework in Python. With Thibault Pirson and Gonzalo Puig-Samper Naranjo, we will share a series of posts in the coming days: if you want to know more about this work and see whether it can be useful for you, stay tuned for the next posts! We will go through key aspects regarding methodological contributions, Python implementation, case study demonstration, and appendix content for full transparency and reproducibility! This work (the paper and the Python package) is the result of an unexpected but very exciting international collaboration between several researchers and universities that started during the 1st international AESA conference in October 2025. If you want to know more about the process behind it, check out the carousel below! Links in the comments.
