🎉 Proud to share my first research article from my M.Sc. research! After countless hours of intensive clinical research, I’m thrilled to share that our research article titled “Multicomponent Analysis of Dialysis Fluid for Enhanced Biomedical Monitoring through FT-IR Spectroscopy” has been published in Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy (Elsevier). 🔬 Key findings: • Our findings demonstrate the potential of FT-IR spectroscopy as a non-destructive and reagent-free monitoring tool for chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis. • Second derivative analysis enhances spectral resolution of key metabolites. • Urea, creatinine, glucose, and sodium lactate were identified in dialysate samples. • Spectral absorbance trends confirm metabolic clearance during dialysis. • This approach also supports personalized dialysis with optimized treatment adjustments. I’m thankful to all of my co-authors ONUR AKKUS, Damla Melisa B, Mehmet Tanrisev, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Günnur GÜLER for being part of this journey. 📄 Read the article here :👇 https://lnkd.in/diABGPkY We’d be happy to discuss our findings further — feel free to reach out with any questions or thoughts! 🤝 #Hemodialysis #Dialysis #ChronicKidneyDisease #ClinicalResearch #Research #Metabolomics #Spectroscopy #Biophysics #Publication #AnalyticalChemistry #FTIR #Urea #Creatinine #Glucose #Lactate
