The past two weeks have delivered tremendous momentum across our Global Strategic Alliance initiatives. We began by hosting the Palo Alto Networks Global & North America Alliances Team at our Charlotte office - an energizing opportunity to align on how we can further strengthen the value we deliver to customers and field teams. Our partnership continues to accelerate in meaningful ways, especially as we collaborate at the intersection of Cybersecurity and AI to drive impactful innovation. This was followed by two intensive and highly productive days at the NTT DATA, Inc. Headquarters in Plano, Texas, bringing together regional and partner leaders from multiple time zones. The depth of collaboration was impressive - focused on scaling a Growth Mindset across regions, refining our Operating Model, enhancing KPI consistency and governance, and elevating best practices for field engagement. What stood out most was the shared commitment and passion across every team involved. The insights and alignment from these sessions will meaningfully shape how we support our customers, partners, and sellers worldwide.
