As part of its CSR approach, Streem is strengthening its commitment to preserving ecosystems by supporting a forest restoration project alongside #EcoTree.   EcoTree is a European company specializing in nature-based solutions, helping organizations implement sustainable management and ecosystem restoration projects.   Streem has chosen to contribute to the restoration of the Ajoux forest in Ardèche (South of France), a 30.2-hectare site that has undergone a major reforestation effort and is now part of an ecological restoration program.   Objectives: •        Restore the ecological functionality of the watercourse •        Stabilize riverbanks and limit erosion •        Preserve natural habitats essential to biodiversity •        Promote the development of species, particularly bats   Concrete actions already undertaken: •        More than 39,000 trees planted •        0.7 hectares of watercourse and riverbanks restored •        1.4 hectares left to natural regeneration for biodiversity •        Identification and preservation of habitat trees   Beyond its environmental impact, this project also reflects a strong social responsibility approach by engaging local stakeholders and social inclusion organizations.   This initiative is fully aligned with the Group’s CSR strategy: acting in a measurable way, in line with regulatory and environmental challenges, particularly regarding biodiversity (CSRD / ESRS). #environment #biodiversity #ecology #ecosystem
