Meet Edoardo - Head of Human Resources for LATAM & North America Retail. If he had to describe his journey at ZEGNA, he would say it’s been about evolving and connecting. His path has been shaped by continuous growth and the relationships built along the way. He began eight years ago as an HR Generalist for the DACH region, soon expanding his scope across multiple countries and cultures. From Europe to Latin America, where he took on the role of Head of HR, his journey has been defined by adaptability, mobility, and a strong connection with people. Today, his role spans across the Americas, linking teams, markets, and perspectives while ensuring a consistent culture across diverse environments. Throughout this path, one belief has remained constant: people make the difference. Supported by leaders and teams who trusted him from the beginning, he has developed a leadership style centred on empowerment, collaboration, and growth. At ZEGNA, he has strengthened his ability to recognise potential and create the conditions for it to thrive.
