Where you do the water work matters as much as how well you do it. Basins are where corporate water risk actually lives and where stewardship either compounds value or quietly stays on a slide deck. That's the conversation we'll be taking into the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Forum. A snapshot of where ERM has been this year, FY26: – 1,073 client sites in 85 priority basins the Water Action Hub's list of the basins with the highest opportunity for collective action and shared risk. – 545 water scopes delivered across EMEA, 443 across APAC, 407 across North America, 195 across LAC. – 64% of sites we assessed are facing water quality risk not scarcity, quality. The disclosure conversation is shifting accordingly, and the emerging pollutants (API, PFAS) are shaping a new agenda item for business constraints – 22 sites taken through structured water-efficiency reviews, identifying saving measures that hold up under AWS-grade scrutiny. What that footprint buys our clients isn't reach for its own sake it's the ability to act in the same basin as their suppliers, peers and regulators, where stewardship turns into resilience and ESG value. Looking forward to the conversations in Edinburgh. #WaterStewardship #A4WS2026 #BasinResilience Andrea Arca | Daniele Strippoli | Helen Seyler | Andrea Gigliuto | Ryan A. | Sarah MacKay | Sophie Ménard
