Since 2014, we’ve dedicated time each year to reflect on the importance of health, safety, and well-being for everyone: our people, clients, subcontractors, and other business partners. This year’s theme, “Speak Up! For Safety and Wellbeing,” is a call to action for all of us. We believe that an environment where everyone feels safe and empowered to share observations, ask questions, and raise concerns is essential to a safe workplace and the well-being of employees.
