A charger that isn't working means a truck that isn't leaving. For Dagab — one of Sweden's largest grocery distributors — that's not an abstract risk. A delayed departure ripples through the supply chain before the day has started. When they electrified, they didn't buy chargers. They built a system with site design, grid connection, software orchestration, and operations managed as one. 41 trucks. 7 depots. No ramp-up period. Our job was to make sure the charging infrastructure matched how the fleet actually runs — not the other way around. Every charge point monitored in real time. Issues resolved before they become missed departures. Uptime: 99.8% across all depots from day one. And one thing that doesn't show up in a dashboard: Dagab's drivers prefer driving electric. Quieter, less stressful, better drivability. That matters when you're asking people to change how they work. This is what partnering with Erinion looks like in practice. #Erinion #DepotCharging #FleetElectrification #HeavyDuty
