We are hiring, and I can’t say enough good things about working @ Leland. This pic was taken a year ago, and it makes me sentimental, grateful, and reflective. We were in the Bay Area on a team offsite. I remember this day perfectly. I was filled to the brim with joy strutting around Stanford (our Leland namesake) with these GOATs and about to meet several of our local customers + coaches in person for a happy hour. Vibes were HIGH on this beautiful, sunny California day. A lot can change in a year. To name a few: - So many new teammates (adore y'all!) - AI evolving at a pace that makes me equal parts excited and mildly panicked (please tell me I’m not alone) - Lots of new features and campaigns brought to life for our users - Moments that forced us to grow up as a company fast - A role that has stretched me in new ways - A much deeper respect for how hard it is to build something meaningful from scratch And yet, the best things haven’t changed. We have an incredible team, a mission we care deeply about, and a community that continues to blow me away. If anything, there are now so many more customers, coaches, and stories that remind me daily why I care so much about what we’re building here. The energy honestly feels even bigger now.
