Today I am proud to present a first peek at what I actually intended with my ”taking Netlight outside of Netlight” - through Culture Capital Studios. I would like to see more companies come alive, working from within, based on intrinsic motivation, emergent structures and creative human agency. This implies building companies culture first and having a solid idea what culture actually means as opposed to structure. This is especially true in the age of AI, where machine organisations (with solid structure capital) make humans obsolete, an error factor, while organisations with human creative agency (with culture capital) thrives with AI as super enabler. Most companies, however, don’t have a clue (they might not even have a clue they don’t have a clue) and to drive that enlightenment I started a think tank - Culture Capital Studios. Being a think tank I couldn’t have wished for a better format than Johan Grönstedt’s Think Room podcast. And I couldn’t have wished for better people to discuss this new landscape with than Johan himself, as a true AI evangelist asking all the right questions, and Fanny Norlin, who is an advocate of Lifeforce Leadership, adding the spiritual level that comes with alive organisation. It is a journey we want to take you on here. There will be no ”10 steps to culture capital” and most organisations will have to rethink from the bottom up (or rather inside and out). Unfortunately.
