LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT LEAD | CAPABILITY BUILDER | PERFORMANCE-FOCUSED LEARNING

We have kept Zoo's for ages... In last week's college on "What makes us human" by www.bartvandersloot.nl at Tilburg University the professor showcased research and articles: "Ai's are chatting amongst themselves in a language we do not understand" "Ai's are caught faking alignment" The last audience's question left me gasping: How about the Zoo theory? Zoo theory: the lesser powerful "lesser intelligent (?)" species is usually kept in the zoo. That would be us. And for extra "entertainment? Think of the Colosseum. Let's not even begin to think about The Hunger Games. We want an AI that is more capable and more capability requires stronger governance! Dan Hendrycks Otherwise this remains the unconvenient question: When do we get our next universal income or meal? This may sound a little more pleasant than: Why would AI end the life of humans, if we become an endangered species.
