Grateful to announce that last month I designed an intricate physical training program employing readily available resources to train the soldiers of the Lorne Scots Regiment of The Canadian Armed Forces. During the lockdown, I was asked to set up a program for soldiers to perform at home and commanders have already reported an increased level of physical fitness within their soldiers.
