In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, drive account expansion, and deliver measurable business value. What You’ll Do: Manage and grow strategic, high-value customer accounts. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers. Develop account strategies to drive retention, expansion, and revenue. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. What We’re Looking For 3+ years in a B2B customer-facing role (account management, customer success, sales, or consulting). Experience managing enterprise or complex accounts. SaaS or enterprise software experience. Background in SaaS strongly preferred.
