I’m proud to share this post from my sister, Erin Lemke. It’s easy to list someone’s professional accomplishments, but those who truly know Erin understand that her greatest strength is who she is as a person. She is one of the most caring, dependable, and hardworking people I know. She’s the kind of person who makes everyone around her better. Beyond her career, she’s an incredible wife, an amazing mother, and a wonderful sister. She leads with integrity, compassion, and an unmatched work ethic—qualities that can’t be taught and are incredibly valuable in any organization.
