✨ ERCO welcomes its next generation of leadership ✨ From 1 February 2026, Alexander Christian Schmidt will take over as CEO of ERCO, marking an important generational transition at our headquarters in Lüdenscheid. With extensive international leadership experience in brand-driven and technology-focused companies, he brings strategic vision, management excellence and a passion for design and innovation. He will be supported by Olivier Gabriel (CCO), Wolfgang Nickles (CFO) and Marcus Schramm (CTO). Tim Henrik Maack and Mark Oliver Schreiter move from the management board to the Advisory Board, remaining closely connected to ERCO. As a family-owned company and global specialist for architectural lighting, we continue to shape light as the fourth dimension of architecture – made in Lüdenscheid, delivered worldwide.
