#FarmworkerFriday Spotlight: Magaly Alfaro Avalos For 18 years, Magaly has brought dedication, positivity and excellence to her role as a Harvest Associate at NatureSweet. A top performer in the field, she consistently exceeds expectations while balancing work, family and her educational goals. After earning her high school diploma through NatureSweet’s Adult Education program, Magaly is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in agronomy engineering, with plans to graduate in 2027. She also volunteers her time to support youth education and community programs, demonstrating her commitment to helping others succeed. Magaly was also recognized as a finalist for the 2026 Farmworker of the Year Award, highlighting her leadership, perseverance and impact both in and beyond the workplace.
