Epta Finland Oy merged with Epta Refrigeration Oy The merger was completed as planned and as of October 1, 2025, both the manufacturing and sales of commercial refrigeration cabinets will be carried out in Finland under the company name Epta Finland Oy. The organizations and areas of responsibility remain unchanged, with Mika Aaltonen continuing to be responsible for sales and customer service in Finland and the Baltic countries, and Arto Salonen for the operations of the Porvoo factory. Matteo Dipentina, who previously served as Chairman of the Board, has been appointed as the company's CEO. Epta Services Oy, operating in the contracting of refrigeration systems and in the service business, will continue its operations as usual.
