We have won a large order for a fleet of Pit Viper 351 surface blasthole drill rigs for a major copper mine in Peru, valued at around SEK 210 million. We will also supply drilling tools and spare parts, together with on-site technical services, field support, and specialized training programs, to ensure maximum performance of this large-scale mining operation. “Epiroc has provided this mine in Peru with advanced drilling equipment for around a decade now, and we look forward to continue supporting this major copper producer to optimize its safety, productivity and total cost of ownership,” says Helena Hedblom, Epiroc’s President and CEO.
