Pride Month at Epiq brings employees together through learning, reflection, and community. Hudson B., Epiq Pride Chair, shares what Pride Month means to him and how Epiq has shaped his experience as both an individual and an ERG leader. Programming throughout June explores the history of Pride, inclusive language, and lived experiences across the LGBTQIA+ community. Epiq Pride also extends beyond the workplace, including participation in Beaverton’s Pride in the Park in Oregon. Pride Month serves as a reminder that when people feel empowered to show up authentically, it strengthens the community we build together.
