EPI-USE modernizes SAP operations for an Australian real estate service provider. Our client is an Australian real estate service provider that supports critical elements of property transactions, and land title services. They chose to replace their highly customized SAP environment with a greenfield, ‘clean-core’ platform designed to reduce complexity and simplify ongoing maintenance. To support the endeavor, the client selected EPI-USE in Australia to implement a new SAP platform spanning finance, procurement, sales and billing, HR, payroll and time administration, and to modernize 40-plus business integrations, archive close to a decade’s worth of transactional data, and streamline the migration of master and transactional data. The project rationalized hundreds of legacy customizations, extending standard SAP functionality only where genuine business requirements existed. EPI-USE also developed a new application to support the client's flexible working policy. The upshot is a 97.7% reduction in custom SAP objects, and elimination of manual timesheet administration for approximately 60% of employees. The organization now benefits from an SAP platform that is easier to maintain, reduces technical debt and provides a strong foundation for future innovation and growth.
