Exploring Carbon in Practice: Visits to Breweries in Vaud 🍻 Over the past few weeks, we had the opportunity to visit and engage with several breweries across the Canton of Vaud as part of EPFL Carbon Team. These visits provided valuable insights into how carbon is used, managed, and sometimes recovered within brewing operations. From carbonation processes to broader sustainability considerations, it was fascinating to observe real-world applications and better understand both the opportunities and challenges faced by the industry. 💡 Beyond the technical aspects, what stood out most were the enriching discussions we had along the way.
