A new chapter for our German market: welcoming Dermot Fleischmann as CCO Germany Today Dermot Fleischmann takes over as Chief Commercial Officer Germany at E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions, succeeding Anna Jasper-Martens.   Dermot brings extensive leadership experience across Finance, Legal, Transformation and Business Development within E.ON. Since joining E.ON in 2013, he has worked on major Group priorities and helped shape customer-focused businesses. Most recently, he served as CFO of E.ON Italia, where he was responsible for the financial leadership of both the Energy Retail and Energy Infrastructure Solutions businesses.   In his new role, Dermot will focus on helping customers navigate complex energy challenges with practical, reliable and economically viable solutions - from energy resilience and security of supply to decarbonisation and competitive energy infrastructure. With Germany as one of Europe’s most dynamic energy markets, his focus will be on clarity, customer impact and sustainable growth.   At the same time, we want to thank Anna for her strong contribution over the past years. As CCO Germany, she has helped move key topics forward - from the transformation of Germany's heating sector to district heating and battery storage solutions - always with a strong sense of collaboration, commitment and trust. Her work has helped lay a strong foundation for the next chapter of E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions in Germany. Welcome, Dermot - and thank you, Anna, for your leadership and commitment.
