Ensinger Africa Academy is preparing its next scaling step in Kenya. Building on the current pilot project, Ensinger GmbH is working towards a dedicated CNC Training & Demonstration Centre in Nairobi. The planned project phase 2026-2029 is designed to connect practical training with industrial application and support the sustainable development of local manufacturing capabilities. The next steps are being prepared as part of the develoPPP funding program, which is financed by the Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ), together with DEG Impulse, Partners in Transformation Desk East Africa, and our strategic business partner INDEVO Africa. An important milestone was the ceremonial signing of a memorandum of understanding by Ralph Pernizsak at the German-Kenyan Business Day in Berlin. For Ensinger, this is more than a training initiative.
