How often do well-intentioned public policies, corporate CSR initiatives, or social programs miss the mark simply because they were designed in a boardroom vacuum? The truth is, ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ต๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ requires moving past surface-level assumptions. It demands data models that ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฝ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ต๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ฟ, ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ต๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ธ๐. In our latest collaboration with the Ayuntamiento de Getafe, we are tapping into the exact same high-level ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ๐ used by global organisations to optimise business conversion, but weโre using them to ๐ผ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐, ๐๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐ถ๐ป๐ณ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐. After an ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐พ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป phase listening to both front-line professionals and citizens in the territory, weโve just launched the critical next step: ๐พ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป. ๐ We designed a rigorous, mirroring data model, matching institutional and citizen perspectives, to scientifically audit: ย โข ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐: Pinpointing exactly where physical environments alter daily human routines and choices. ย โข ๐๐ฑ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Quantifying where rigid organisational protocols inadvertently create systemic dropouts. ย โข ๐ง๐ฟ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐: Measuring the exact delta between what institutions think people need vs. what people are actually doing to survive.
