Philemon Baah Sarko is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from KNUST who joined our facility HPW as a National Service personnel in September 2021 The images below was taken by my very self on his first day at work and a recent activity at the workshop after a continuous and vigorous hands on training with our experience workshop mechanics. Philemon has been part of many projects, repairs, servicing and overhauling of farm tractors, generators, boilers etc which has added so much value, skills and confidence to this hard working young man who joined the team as an inexperienced fresh graduate. With the desire to learn, respect to the profession, dedication and all seriousness Philemon has become an integral part of the workshop, assisting our mechanics with repairs, maintenance and documentations as well. I am very happy for who he has become in this short period and taking advantage of the opportunity presented to him as a young aspiring engineer. Many young graduates do not take advantage of their services period to build a good foundation to lunch their respective careers, to learn some hands on skills, soft skills and build a resume but rather as a time to pass and have fun. #opportunity #team #work #mechanicalengineer
