The role is responsible for leading pricing, profitability, and sales strategies for specialty products while ensuring the achievement of margin, volume, and market share targets. It will drive product availability, marketing execution, new product launches, and the development of the direct-to-farmer sales channel to enhance market penetration and business growth.
