Engro Energy is hiring a Manager Maintenance, based at Engro Powergen Qadirpur Plant Site. This role involves leading mechanical maintenance operations with a focus on safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, outage planning, OEM coordination, and managing OPEX/CAPEX, while driving continuous improvement and team development. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10–15 years of relevant experience in power, fertiliser, or petrochemical industries—especially with GE Frame 9E gas turbines and steam turbines—are encouraged to apply.
