This National Reconciliation Week, some of our team members stepped out of the office - joining the Koorie Heritage Trust’s Scar Tree Walk through the heart of Narrm (Melbourne). Along the Birrarung (Yarra River), we walked together through a traditional meeting place for the Kulin Nations, learning and reflecting as we went. The experience culminated at the protected Scar Trees - powerful markers of culture and connection that have stood for tens of thousands of years, right in the middle of a modern city. At ENGIE, we’re committed to inclusion that recognises and respects First Nations voices, cultures and connection to Country—by continuing to learn, listen and act meaningfully. #NRW2026 #ENGIE
