Members of our team recently met customers face to face at Bring Your Bills Day in Pakenham, a welcoming community event run by South East Community Links. Our team supported customers directly on the day with: - Concession status checks and updates - Utility Relief Grant Scheme eligibility assessments - General bill health checks and education on their usage and charges Putting support services in the same room makes help easier to find, and real face-to-face conversations possible. #ENGIE
