🔋 Ground-mounted PV used to be one of the more straightforward business cases in the energy transition. That is changing. Grid congestion, redispatch risk, regulatory uncertainty and shifting routes to market are making project structuring more complex. Co-location with storage and hybrid PPA models are becoming the next stage of ground-mounted PV development, but many market participants still lack clear frameworks for creating bankable project structures. That is what we address in this webinar: legal structuring from Osborne Clarke, commercial and energy-market perspective from enervis. The session focuses on: ▪️ the regulatory framework and approval requirements for co-location and storage projects ▪️redispatch, curtailment and grid related challenges ▪️business case design and bankability considerations ▪️hybrid PPAs and commercial structuring approaches For project developers, IPPs, investors and banks working on PV-plus-storage projects in Germany, the session helps identify which legal, commercial and market-related questions need closer scrutiny. 📅 9 June 2026 | 10:00 - 11:00 CEST | Online 👥 Dr. Marleen Rheker (Osborne Clarke), Lukas Ebner (enervis) 🔗 Registration link in the comments
