🏆 Two consecutive years of Gold at the Inclusion Awards   There's something powerful about knowing you don't have to leave part of yourself at the door - for LGBTQA+ people, that feeling of belonging can change everything.   Winning consecutive Gold at the Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards in Sydney last week is something we're genuinely proud of – and doing it during Pride Month, as we celebrate the tenth year of our internal LGBTQA+ network Prism, makes it all the more special.   Prism and allies have spent a decade showing up, speaking up, and creating space where our people can bring their whole selves to work. A lot of the activity is volunteer-led and this recognition is a reflection of that - and everyone who's helped build something real over the years.    Kate Gibson, Prism sponsor and Chief Customer Officer said, "Stepping into the Prism sponsor role at such a significant moment is an amazing opportunity I am grateful for.
