A skill learned in Abuja can get you hired in Dubai, Toronto, or Nairobi. Solar is that skill. The fundamentals of solar energy do not change when you cross a border. A system designed in Nigeria runs on similar physics as one installed in Spain. The tools are the same. The logic is the same. The demand is exploding everywhere. What that means in practice is this. A young professional who builds real solar expertise in Nigeria is not building a local skill. They are building a globally portable one. We have watched this happen. People who started here, learned here, proved themselves here and then took that same knowledge to projects in US and United Kingdom, the Middle East, and beyond. Not because they were exceptional. Because the skill itself travels. The world is short of people who understand solar at a serious level. That shortage does not stop at the Nigerian border. It is a global problem. And the people solving it are coming from everywhere, including here. Most people are still treating solar like a local trade. It is not. It is one of the few career paths where what you build in your own city can open doors in cities you have never visited. The question is not whether the opportunity is real. The question is whether you will be ready when it arrives. #SolarCareers #AfricanTalent #EnergyTransition
