The U.S. solar supply chain continues to evolve. According to SEIA's latest July 2026 Supply Chain Update, the U.S. doubled both PV cell manufacturing capacity to 8.5 GW and battery cell manufacturing capacity to 43.1 GWh in the last month alone, while adding 3.3 GW of domestic ingot and wafer manufacturing capacity. These milestones signal continued investment in domestic manufacturing and a stronger, more resilient supply chain. For EPCs, developers, and installers, however, manufacturing growth is only one part of the equation. Successful project execution still depends on securing the right products, navigating compliance requirements, managing procurement timelines, and ensuring reliable delivery to the jobsite. As the industry continues to shift, supply chain strategy is becoming just as important as product availability. At Energy Solutions and Supplies LLC, we believe the strongest partnerships are built by helping customers navigate that complexity with confidence.
