As Electrical Technical Director, you will become the senior #electrical authority responsible for driving #engineering excellence, maintaining technical consistency and supporting the successful delivery of major mission-critical developments throughout Europe and the Middle East. Rather than focusing on business development or departmental management, you will remain actively involved in engineering design, technical governance, design assurance and solving the industry's most challenging #ElectricalEngineering problems. Working alongside senior leadership, you will help shape engineering standards, mentor technical teams and influence the future capability of an organisation experiencing exceptional international growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and company policies, deliver and manage an Environmental Management System. ✅ Act as the recognised technical authority for electrical engineering across mission-critical and data centre projects. ✅ Provide technical leadership from concept design through to detailed engineering and construction support. ✅ Lead technical design reviews, engineering assurance and governance across multiple concurrent projects. ✅ Review, challenge and approve complex engineering calculations, technical reports and design solutions.
