175 MW for the energy transition: Start for a new major project in Lorup Another important milestone has been reached: we have successfully signed a contract with Raiffeisen Bauträger u. Immobilien GmbH for the supply and installation of 25 E-175 EP5 E2 wind turbines. The new contract builds directly on the successfully completed repowering project in 2024/2025. As part of this, 17 old turbines were replaced by 10 modern E-175 EP5 E1 turbines. “ENERCON’s strong performance has convinced us that we have the right partner at our side for the next phase of expansion,” emphasises Alexander Hackmann, Managing Director of RBI Raiffeisen Bauträger u. Many thanks to everyone involved, as well as to Revento for the planning and implementation.” Lennard von Dollen – ENERCON Sales Manager Germany North 💡Project Highlights: 25 wind turbines with a hub height of 162 m construction of a substation and the foundation works Three sites: 🔹Mammoor: 9 turbines | 63 MW 🔹Hassmoor: 12 turbines | 84 MW 🔹Glümmel: 4 turbines | 28 MW ⚡Total output: 175 MW – a significant contribution to the further expansion of renewable energy. Construction work is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2027. The project once again relies on the high-performance E-175 platform, which is specifically designed for large onshore projects and further strengthens our competitive position in the market.
