35 years in the room where decisions get made. #FounderHighlight | Meet Yolanda Lassalle, BSChE, LSSMBB, Co-Founder & CEO of Murmuratto Yolanda spent over 35 years in regulated manufacturing operations and worked for 7 of the top 10 global life sciences companies. Across every engagement, from biopharma to medical devices, she identified the same gap: the people closest to the work carried critical insights about quality, efficiency, and cost, but no process or system existed to capture them. Those insights stayed on the floor, undocumented and unactionable, while leaders above made decisions without them. That pattern, repeated across dozens of regulated sites globally, became the foundation for Murmuratto.  Together with Co-Founder David Pagan, Yolanda built an AI SaaS platform that gives frontline workers a voice and gives leaders the structured, traceable data they need to act on it. In 2025, Murmuratto supported 15 sites across 6 states to achieve over $5MM in forecasted business impact. Murmuratto was built to provide GxP-level traceability for regulated manufacturing environments. Most operations already know where the problems are. They just lack the system to surface them. It took someone who spent 35 years on the inside to build it.
