Last week, Encon participated in the kick-off meeting of the Belgian Green Building Council’s Task Force on Asset Valuation at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. 🏢 Represented by our colleague Steve Van den Brandt, we joined investors, banks, valuers, consultants and other market stakeholders to discuss how sustainability can be translated into real estate valuations in a robust and market-oriented way.
