New Spanish client: partnership for 2 #packaging lines to optimize #logistics and product quality We are pleased to announce the acquisition of a new client in Spain, with an agreement to provide a state-of-the-art packaging line. The collaboration is designed to automatize packing department in the #extrusion area and in the vertical powder coating department. Key details: - Objective: optimize logistics across the entire chain, from handling to packaging rate, reducing delivery times and operating costs. - Solution provided: 2 complete, tailor-made packaging lines with integrated quality control systems - Expected benefits: greater consistency and protection of the product during transport, reduced packaging defects, increased operational efficiency, and improved product quality. - Sustainability commitment: the plant is designed to minimize waste and energy consumption, supporting the client’s environmental responsibility goals. In details the mill finish packing line will be inclusive of Basket #Handling, a De-Stacker and a Packing Line to form sub-bundles and master bundles. Whereas the Painting Packing Line will be able to receive profiles coming from the painting line and load them to the sub-bundle packing line. A master bundle will be formed automatically and the strapped and transferred to shipping department.
