One month ago, the new Sames website went live, and I’m very happy to have had the opportunity to lead this major project: 🌍 A new website available in 14 languages, 🧭 Navigation centered on a market / solutions approach, 🖥️ A simplified user experience with improved ergonomics, 🔗 A website connected to all of our tools (CRM, PIM, etc.), 🤝 And above all, the result of a great team effort, where everyone contributed their energy and expertise to achieve the objectives we set. A big thank you: - To all the subsidiaries involved from the very beginning, participating in every step with motivation and enthusiasm. - To Dernier Cri and its team of experts, whose support was a key factor in the success of this project. - To the cross-functional teams at Sames (IT, HR, Purchasing, Legal,...) who went above and beyond. - To the Marketing team, where communications specialists, market managers, and product managers did an incredible job building high-quality, customer-oriented content. This is not the end of a project, but the opening of a new chapter whose story is yet to be written. And now, it’s time for what I love most: analysis, testing, and continuous improvement (with plenty of marketing automation in the mix).
